PART TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- $32 PER HOUR
Working from our Downtown Orlando location, we are looking for an experienced maintenance person. This flexible, part-time position, requires the candidate to have proven experience in all aspects of residential maintenance including: painting, plumbing, irrigation, electrical and minor A/C.
The candidate will be expected to have use of their own tools and transport. In accordance with our company philosophy, we do expect the candidate to be well presented, good with communication and reliable.
Compensation for the position will be $32 per hour.
